When I buy products, I am ok with spending $100 more to get a better video card or more storage. I got the 128 GB iPhone 6. I got the best MacBook Pro I could buy. However, I don’t plan on buying the most expensive Apple Watch, and that struck me as a change of plan for Apple.
We know that the Apple Watch will start at $349. We can safely assume that the Edition will cost more than the Sport. The major difference is more money spent on the Apple Watch won’t get you any additional technological advantage. It’s the same technology inside of an Edition or Sport.[footnote]At least as far as we know, pre launch[/footnote] Sure, you might have to pay a little more for the 42mm size versus the 38mm size, but I wouldn’t expect a huge price difference, if there even is one.
